Privacy policy

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally; we only see totals such as page views and countries.

Your browser remembers two small things for the length of your visit (session storage): which region you chose and whether you’ve already seen the welcome question. They never leave your device.

If you allow it, the map shows a blue dot where you are. Your location is used only inside your browser to draw the dot. It is not sent to us or stored.

When you send a form (contact, insurance call back, or “tell me when you launch”), we receive what you typed by email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. We use it only to answer you.

• Insurance call backs: we pass your name, contact details and request to AA Insurance Brokers (Thailand) Co., Ltd. so they can contact you about cover. That’s the reason for the form, and we don’t share it with anyone else.
• Launch alerts: we email you once when your country goes live, then delete your address.

We delete form messages after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, code libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr, and map tiles from OpenFreeMap. Like any website, these services see your IP address when your browser requests the file. The site is hosted by Vercel. Links to Google Maps and AA Insurance Brokers take you to their sites, where their own privacy policies apply.

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we’ll reply within 30 days.

We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use it for advertising.
